- Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders.
- Shortly after you place your order by Credit or Debit card, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details. Your order will be despatched within 48 hours, and you will receive an email once it has been sent.
- If we are out of stock of any items you will be notified by email within 24 hours. We will advise of delivery date, or if the item has been discontinued we can offer a full refund or exchange.
- Orders will be despatched via Royal Mail or Interlink Express. If there is nobody at the delivery address to accept the parcel, the couriers will leave the parcel with a neighbour or leave a card. It is the resposibility of the customer to collect the parcel from the courier depot or re-arrange delivery. If the parcel is not claimed and is returned to us, the customer will be liable for courier charges, and this will be deduced prior to the refund being issued.
- CHRISTMAS DELIVERY SCHEDULE
- For Guaranteed Delivery by Christmas all order must be made by 12pm on 22nd December 2011
- We will be CLOSED from Thursday 22nd December 2011 until Monday 2nd January 2012
- Any orders made within this period will be dispatched in the New Year.

When you make a purchase from our website, we collect certain personal information from you (for example: your name, email address, payment address and details). All such information is held on secure servers. (We will NOT hold payment details, i.e. credit card data). Touch Of Luxury Ltd complies fully with all applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation, and will treat all your personal information as fully confidential.
In order to serve you most efficiently, reputable third-party banking and distribution institutions handle our credit card transactions and order fulfilment. They receive the information needed to verify and authorise your payment card and to process your order. All such organisations are under strict obligation to keep your personal information private.

- There is a £5 handling fee on all returns.
- The customer is liable for all returns, unless the goods were damaged, or incorrect items were sent. In this instance we can arrange for collection, or we will compensate return postage fee.
- Missing, Incomplete or Damaged Orders
- We must be notified within 48 hours of any items that are missing, incomplete or damaged. Please send an email to info@cushioncrazy.co.uk with order details and the problem with the order.
